It is the policy of the club to keep your personal details you submit for 12 months after the close of the season in which your joined or renewed. This is required to make renewals easier for the club.
After the 12 months club the purges your contact details with the exception of your membership number and phone number, which is to ensure that we do not issue you a new membership number should you skip a years membership.
There are a number of Sub-Processors of your information whom we use to manage the club. These Sub-Processors have GDPR processes which are inline with the clubs standards and have been audited for same.
These include: Stripe.com (For Payments), Woo Commerce (Online Membership purchases), Sendmode (Text Messaging), WhatsAPP (Club Messaging System), Hotmail (Email), Typeform, (Fishing returns Survey/AGM details).
In Addition our Landlord, Seefin Fisheries Limited requires a list of our members annually as part of the lease agreement. Inland Fisheries Ireland may also request details of our members. Both these parties will also be audited to ensure they comply with our GDPR policy and regulations in advance of data being issued. Only their direct employees/Directors will have access to said information.
