After an initial safety talk it was straight into casting techniques\u00a0 using 2 handed fly rods. As majority were beginners, it was basic casting by most with a few advanced casting options also demonstrated.<\/p>\n
Afterwards, John & Damien spoke about which gear to use and the importance of matching up equipment when fly fishing.<\/p>\n
Everybody got a lot more out of the day, than what they expected and universally agreed that more days like this are required once the basics are mastered!<\/p>\n
